Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking an RN navigator to coordinate care within the Pediatric Infectious Disease Clinic. You will work with families to ensure access to treatment, education, and resources in a pediatric setting.

The role requires a BSN, two years of clinical experience preferred, and an active RN license. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time, day-shift position in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Bemidji, Marshfield, and Rapid City; Required in Fargo and Sioux Falls.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with applicable licensure.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Integrates health care for patients across the continuum of care.
• Coordinates and ensures timely sequencing of care with the healthcare team.
• Acts as a key link between providers, clinics, insurance, and facilities.
