Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for medically fragile children in our PPEC centers. This part-time position offers meaningful pediatric care in a supportive, nurse-led environment.

You will assess patients, administer medications and therapies, coordinate with physicians and families, document care, and ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license (FL) required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a PPEC setting
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate and support caregivers and family members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
