Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care for medically fragile children in a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center in North Jacksonville, FL. Qualifications

• Active RN license (FL) required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• PPEC, home health, or pediatric specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a PPEC setting.
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote health, wellness, and developmental progress.
• Educate and support caregivers and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
