Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking skilled pediatric RNs and LPNs for a consistent Netcong, NJ case. You will provide 1:1 care for a four-year-old with trach/vent needs and seizure monitoring, delivering comfort and safety in a medically complex private-duty setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
• Preferred pediatric trach/vent or seizure-care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and ventilator monitoring.
• Manage GJT feedings and medication administration.
• Monitor for seizures and respond appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the family and pediatric clinical leadership.
• Support the child’s daily routine and developmental comfort.
