Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Netcong, NJ is seeking experienced pediatric RNs and LPNs to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex 4-year-old with a trach/vent. You will deliver trach care, suctioning, GJT feedings, seizure monitoring, and daily comfort-focused support in a consistent family-centered schedule.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license required.
• Pediatric trach/vent or seizure-care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focusing on safety and comfort.
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and ventilator monitoring.
• Manage GJT feedings and medication administration.
• Monitor for seizures and respond appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with family and leadership.
• Support the child’s daily routine and developmental comfort.
