Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Norfolk, VA is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our pediatric outpatient team, working exclusively with infants. You will evaluate and treat plagiocephaly using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell in a child-friendly clinic.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed RN with pediatric experience and 500 hours of orthotic fitting experience. You will deliver hands-on patient care with minimal paperwork, and grow within a nationwide company with ongoing training

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with pediatric experience required.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices.
• Experience in hands-on patient care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell.
• Provide direct patient care with minimal paperwork.
• Build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
