Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a full-time Clinician to treat infants in a pediatric outpatient setting using the DOC Band and EarWell systems. You will build strong relationships with families and work closely with pediatricians to evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and ear shape concerns.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care with mentoring and a formal training program. Background in pediatrics is preferred, with a schedule that minimizes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT required.
• 500 hours of orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices.
• Pediatrics background preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell.
• Engage with families, provide patient care, and build relationships throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and support staff in a clinic setting.
