Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a part-time House Supervisor in Independence, MO. The RN will provide administrative oversight of patient care, supervise staff, and act as liaison between administration and clinical teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and clinical skills, with night shifts and weekend/holiday rotation to maintain organization-wide coverage.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or higher.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee patient care operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a clinical mentor and coach staff.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize service delivery.
• Assist in budget development and adherence to financial goals.
