Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an RN to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you will care for children with high acuity needs in a home setting, building strong relationships with patients and their families while applying sound clinical judgment.

We value autonomy, continuity of care, and the ability to work with a dedicated team. A supportive environment includes clinical training and safety measures to ensure confident, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license or multistate license.
• Physical from within three years.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family while applying clinical judgment.
• Work with autonomy and maintain continuity of care with support as needed.
