Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care, delivering high-quality nursing in the home environment. You will work with high acuity patients, using clinical judgment and building trusted relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the child’s home.
• Assess and manage high-acuity pediatric needs with clinical judgment.
• Develop and follow care plans and physician orders.
• Educate families and monitor patient progress.
