Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, diagnosing, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes and timely discharge.
• Document and communicate patient status, resources used, and anticipated needs during each shift.
