Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team serving patients across Texas. We value compassion, diversity, and clinical excellence as we deliver high-quality home healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state where you practice (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test in the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Document care using the tablet and EMR system.
• Collaborate with care teams to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Follow physician orders and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with families to implement and adjust care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
