Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an in-home registered nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care across Texas. The role supports children and adults with home health services, using tablets for electronic documentation and working within a dynamic team.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options—full-time, part-time, or PRN—are available with local support and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state
• CPR certification (hands-on component) required or ready to obtain after hire
• TB skin test current within 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home nursing care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with family and care team to achieve outcomes
• Document care using electronic systems in patient homes
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards during visits
