RWJBarnabas Health in Ocean, NJ is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse for a busy practice. The RN will assist physicians, maintain exam rooms, coordinate testing, and support patient flow. The role requires NJ RN license, BLS, pediatric experience, and EMR proficiency. Travel between three locations may be required.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience with pediatric patients.
• EMR experience required.
• Willing to travel between three locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administers immunizations and injections as directed by physician.
• Assists physician in examination and treatment of patients and in procedures.
• Prepare patients and rooms, take vital signs, document initial history.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensure proper stock and cleanliness.
• Handle prescriptions and calls to pharmacies and patients.
