The role includes education, charting, medication administration, and care coordination for medically fragile children. Requirements include graduating from a certified RN program, current IL RN license, and a valid IL driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of certified Registered Nurse Program.
• Must hold current IL RN license.
• Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per Illinois guidelines.
• Document patient care and status every two hours.
• Administer medications and coordinate with CNAs.
