Job summary

Maryville Academy in Chicago, IL seeks a Nurse Manager for evening shifts in a hybrid program. Must have an Illinois RN license and CPR certification; experience in pediatric or emergency care preferred. The role supervises nursing staff and ensures care per program standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff development, and ensuring timely documentation and orders for children in our care. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a certified Registered Nurse Program.
• Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Experience in pediatric, emergency care or hospital nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing staff to provide care per program standards.
• Maintain staff schedules and coverage for shifts.
• Ensure CPR, TB screenings, and physicals are recertified as required.
• Monitor youth safety and appropriate treatment within the plan.
• Document clinical records promptly every 3 hours.
