Job summary

01 ETCH East Tennessee Children's Hospital Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide individualized, goal-directed pediatric care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles.

The position reports to the Nurse Manager and requires Tennessee licensure, an ADN (BSN preferred), and strong communication and clinical skills to ensure high-quality patient care with families and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Nursing license/certification required; Tennessee licensure.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive patient data and nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement a plan of care to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate care and promote a safe and healthy environment.
