Job summary

Special Kids is a non-profit Christian therapy and nursing center serving children from 3 months to 21 years. The RN will provide medical care and assist with activities of daily living in the Skilled Nursing program, on an as-needed basis, with at least one shift per month to maintain active employment.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing activities, documenting in EHR, administering medications, monitoring vitals, collaborating with therapy teams, and participating in quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from NLN accredited program.
• Active Tennessee RN license with CPR certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities for the assigned shift.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and document in EHR.
• Provide daily head-to-toe assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with daily activities and educate patients and families.
