You will educate patients, families, and staff, collaborate with the care team, and adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act. BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days.

Formación

• Grad of an Accredited Program in nursing.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license required to practice.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and care-plan development.
• Create, implement and evaluate care plans; monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients, families and staff; coordinate with care teams.
• Delegate tasks and ensure safety, effectiveness and efficiency in care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build comprehensive care plans.
