Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Pediatric Clinical Supervisor (RN) for our Pediatric Day Health Care Center in Erie, PA. This full-time, salaried role focuses on leadership, coordinating pediatric care, and mentoring clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA.
• Two years of pediatric nursing experience in the last five years (preferred).
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation).
• Management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for children birth to eight in a center-based setting.
• Provide direct patient care when needed.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and collaborate with physicians to improve outcomes.
• Lead and mentor staff through education, support, and development.
