Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the University Pediatrics Prosperity Crossing site in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on pediatric ambulatory care, education, care coordination, and evidence-based nursing practices in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license with pediatric experience, BSN preferred, and BLS. Onsite work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with opportunities for professional growth within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the relevant state(s).
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
• Continuously evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
