Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 24-bed pediatric unit. The RN will apply the nursing process to provide individualized care and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment.

The role involves patient assessment, education, triage, and coordinating care across disciplines. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred and an active RN license is required. A sign-on bonus may be available.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with state board of nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients in all phases of care including prevention, diagnosis and follow-up.
• Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment, provides education and triage.
• Follows scope and standards of nursing practice and ethics.
