We have multiple locations in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties, offering a vibrant community with outdoor activities and great weather.

Position Details

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Rheumatology specialist, part-time or full-time, to work in outpatient clinics to meet the growing demand in surrounding counties.

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Pediatric Rheumatologist, licensed or eligible in CA, eager to provide compassionate outpatient care. New graduates are welcome. There is flexibility to include General Pediatrics in your practice, based on your interest and our support.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000/year, with potential for sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and year-end bonuses. Part-time salary prorated based on hours.
2. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, CME allowance, license and membership fee reimbursements, 401(k), and discretionary bonuses.
3. We are a federally qualified health center offering student loan forgiveness programs and visa sponsorship (J1 and H1B).
