The Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor.

Responsibilities include maintaining programs and activities of the pediatric rheumatology division. Candidates can expect protected time to prioritize the development of an independently funded research portfolio.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or Board-certified pediatric rheumatologist who has completed fellowship training.
• Experience in basic, clinical or translational research.
• Excellent clinical and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programs and activities of the pediatric rheumatology division.
• Develop an independently funded research portfolio.
• Participate in outreach clinical services by division physicians.
