• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliable follow-through.
• Proficiency with billing software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit pediatric claims.
• Post payments and adjustments.
• Resolve denials and rejections through research, corrections, and appeals.
• Verify eligibility and authorizations as needed.
• Maintain charge capture and coding-related documentation in the practice management system.
• Communicate professionally with payers, patients, and internal teams regarding account status.
