The Pediatric Specialists Medical Group in Trinity, FL is seeking a dedicated Medical Biller to support accurate revenue cycle performance for our pediatric practice. This onsite, full-time role handles claims submission, payment posting, denials, and eligibility verification, working closely with payers and internal teams.

A qualified candidate will have pediatric billing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with billing software and common office applications.

Qualifications

• Prior medical billing experience; pediatric experience preferred
• Working knowledge of insurance plans, EOBs/ERAs, and denial management
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliable follow-through
• Proficiency with billing software and standard office applications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit pediatric claims.
• Post payments and adjustments.
• Resolve denials and rejections through research, corrections, and appeals.

Position Summary

The Pediatric Biller supports accurate, timely revenue cycle performance for a pediatric medical practice by ensuring claims and patient accounts are processed in accordance with payer requirements and internal standards. This onsite, full-time role is based in Trinity, Florida, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting pediatric claims; posting payments and adjustments; resolving denials and rejections through research, corrections, and appeals; verifying eligibility and authorizations as needed; maintaining charge capture and coding-related documentation in the practice management system; and communicating professionally with payers, patients, and internal teams regarding account status.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Prior medical billing experience; pediatric experience preferred
