As a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist, you will administer a variety of therapeutic services and diagnostic tests to evaluate and care for our patients with respiratory insufficiencies and complexities. You will consult with the physician and provide instruction and medical direction to nursing and other staff members related to patient care and equipment necessary for respiratory care. All Bethany Children's Health Center Respiratory Therapists perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and core values of excellence, integrity, compassion, service, and stewardship.

Base Pay & Shift Differentials:
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) starting hourly rate begins at $24.45 and goes up based on education and experience.
Bethany Children's also offers shift differentials for working evening, nights or weekend hours. If you were to work those time frames, that amount would be added to your hourly base rate each hour. Approved rates are as follows:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) starting hourly rate begins at $28.62 and goes up based on education and experience.

Bethany Children’s Health Center (formerly The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital) located in Bethany, Oklahoma is an innovative leader in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and 24-hour complex care. The ACHC accredited hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services for children (ages 0-21) and is the only inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma. Our CARF accredited multidisciplinary team works with patients and their families to maximize the patient’s physical and cognitive potential, and ensure the family has the training and resources needed for a smooth transition from hospital to home.
