Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Training program.
• Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington.
• RRT exam registry eligibility to sit for NBRC RRT.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS credential within 90 days depending on patient age group.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of acute care or critical care respiratory therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions to designated pediatric patients.
• Perform ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and clinical evaluation.
• Establish therapy objectives and review patient care with age-appropriate considerations.
• Operate independently under limited supervision; collaborate with care teams and families.
