Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our pediatric-focused team. You will provide respiratory care to children and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes autonomous clinical decision-making and high-quality patient-family education. Full-time Day shift with a strong orientation process and potential for a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external experienced RTs.

Qualificações

• Requires a valid Wisconsin RCP license.
• CRT and RRT certifications.
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required.
• Current PALS certification required or within 6 months.
• Completed respiratory therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in various settings.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care.
• Apply scientific knowledge and theory to clinical problems.
• Provide services for neonatal through adult patients.
• Participate in resuscitation and emergent situations.
• Work within hospital standards.
