Job summary

Total Rehab / Total Rehab Kids in Weslaco, TX is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations and oversee clinical and administrative staff.

The role focuses on maintaining high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient workflows, and fostering a positive work environment. Leadership and licensing as a therapist are required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with applicable state license(s).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational management.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Monitor clinical documentation, compliance, and productivity standards.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
• Conduct chart audits and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and approve PTO requests.
• Serve as a resource for therapists, support staff, patients, and families.
• Address patient and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of clinic processes, including referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and treatment workflows.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve clinic goals and support organizational growth.

Job description

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic while maintaining a patient caseload. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports a positive, productive work environment.
