Job summary

ChildServe is seeking an RN Team Lead in Iowa to guide a multidisciplinary pediatric inpatient rehabilitation medicine team. You will ensure care plans are implemented and goals met, while promoting staff engagement and excellent teamwork.

The role requires an Iowa RN license, BLS within 90 days, and pediatric rehab experience. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain quality documentation and patient care.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license in Iowa.
• 2 years of pediatric, rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Specialty certifications (CPN, CBIS, CRRN) preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be mobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver pediatric inpatient rehabilitation care.
• Ensure regulatory-compliant environment and proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Oversee care plan implementation and achievement of goals.
• Supervise and develop staff; coach and mentor team members.
