Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or health care.

• Register patients for each visit type and admit type via EPIC EMR.
• Collect and document demographic and financial information.
• Explain costs and collect payments while maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Provide patient way finding and support accurate insurance processing.
