Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando in Florida is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care for patients from admission to discharge at 601 E Rollins St, Orlando, FL 32803.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure and BLS certification preferred. Schedule is full-time, Days shift, with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for patient from admission to discharge.
• Creates plan for care across the continuum, integrating patient/family preferences and values.
• Monitors patient care through assessments, evaluations and/or patient records.
• Advocates for resources and removal of barriers.
• Maintains ongoing dialog with supervisor and other health providers to ensure effective implementation of health plan.
• Acts as a resource for adequate medical record documentation, appropriateness of services as they relate to diagnoses, and treatment options for post-discharge care.
