Job summary

Care Options For Kids in Houston, TX is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide one-to-one home health care for a high‑acuity 4‑year‑old with a G‑tube, trach and ventilator support. The night shift runs Monday through Friday, from 7 p.m.

to 7 a.m., and you will work autonomously in the family home. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), weekly pay, 24/7 on‑call support, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card obtained in person.
• G-tube, trach and ventilator experience, or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration per physician orders.
• Physician‑ordered treatments including nutrition via feeding tube and tracheostomy care.
• Suctioning (nasal, oral and/or endotracheal).
• Ventilation care.
• Seizure assessment and treatment.

About the Role

High acuity 4‑year‑old male pediatric patient with G‑tube, trach and ventilator support. Monday through Friday nights, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Case‑specific pay range: $40‑$50 per hour, depending on experience. At Care Options For Kids, a pediatric home‑health care company, you will provide one‑to‑one care in the home, working autonomously and making a real difference in your clients’ lives.
