Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support pediatric clients in Basehor, KS. You will work in clients' homes or community locations providing one-on-one ABA services under supervision. No experience is required and we provide full paid training.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and has a fast pathway to skill development in the ABA field. Special attention is given to timely data recording and collaboration with families to enhance therapy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
