Intermountain Health Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic pediatric setting. The staff RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain professional documentation.

This role requires a BSN within four years, current RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• BSN or willingness to obtain within four years of hire date.
• BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs comprehensive assessment of physical, social, psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and manage resources per plan.
• Evaluate: Review outcomes and revise the care plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintain documentation, licensure compliance, and ethical standards.
