Job summary

Seattle Children's seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with fixed and portable equipment, adjusting and controlling complex systems to image the targeted area accurately while maintaining patient safety and exam quality. The role requires completing an approved Radiology Technology program, ARRT-R registration, WA-RT-CERT, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Joint Review Committee or equivalent approved program in Radiology Technology.
• Current ARRT-R registration.
• Current Washington State Radiology Technologist certification (WA-RT-CERT).
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using fixed and portable equipment.
• Adjust and control complex diagnostic equipment to optimally image areas of interest.
• Maintain general condition and readiness of the work area.
• Assist in training of Radiology students.
