Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, FL is seeking a Pediatric Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and related procedures with a focus on safety and quality. The role supports our Level I Trauma Center with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and strict radiology guidelines, delivering accurate images for interpretation.

Graduate radiologic technologist with Florida licensure and ARRT certification is required, along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid Florida Radiologic Technologist licensure (ARRT preferred).
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ARRT certification and active licensure are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and/or physiology for interpretation.
• Exhibits professional judgment and maintains a demeanor consistent with quality patient care.
• Delivers appropriate care while ensuring patient safety and cooperation during procedures.
• Follows radiation safety principles and regulatory requirements.
• Assists in quality control and maintains documentation of procedures and results.
• Supervises and trains student technologists as needed.
• Utilizes radiology information systems and related equipment effectively.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
