Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Ortho Radiology department in Fort Worth. The role supports physicians, PAs and nursing staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while prioritizing patient safety and strict adherence to department policies.

The position is based in the Dodson Medical Office Building with First Shift hours, and a 40-hour workweek. Candidates must complete ARRT Texas certification, CPR, and be TMB-certified within 90 days of

Qualifications

• Performs quality diagnostic imaging examinations using advanced clinical and technical knowledge.
• Maintains strict attention to safe patient care per policy and procedures.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance standards and radiation safety; collaborates with Radiation Safety Officer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants and/or nurse practitioners, and nursing staff.
• Maintain departmental compliance with Radiation Safety standards.
• Ensure high quality imaging while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.
