Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging for patients, working closely with radiologists and clinicians to ensure high-quality results. You will maintain competency, verify patient identity, and prepare patients for exams with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• State radiologic technologist license required (where applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• May be required to complete the MA Competency Checklist and function as an MA in a clinic or InstaCare setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Prepare patients and verify order accuracy.
• Perform imaging exams per protocol and review image quality.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist and instruct students and other Radiology Techs in protocols and equipment.
