The University of Louisville, in affiliation with Norton Children's Hospital, is recruiting a Radiologist in Chief and Division Chief of Pediatric Radiology to provide strategic, clinical, operational, and academic leadership across the division serving Western Kentucky and parts of Southern Indiana.

This role oversees education and research activities, mentors faculty and trainees, and collaborates with pediatric subspecialists to ensure high-quality imaging services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for all clinical, operational, and academic activities of Norton Children's Radiology Division.
• Collaborate with the Department Chair and hospital leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse and talented team of faculty and staff, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment.
• Provide leadership for and actively participate in the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate with pediatric and subspecialty physicians in multidisciplinary conferences and day-to-day patient management to ensure integrated care.
