Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital Department of Radiology is seeking a full-time pediatric radiologist to join our large academic practice. The role includes in-person coverage with an option for remote work, and subspecialty expertise is welcome.

Applicants must be ABR-certified in Diagnostic Radiology, have a Pediatric Radiology fellowship, and be eligible for the CAQ. Massachusetts license eligibility and HMS teaching commitments are required for academic appointment.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology by ABR or equivalent.
• Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology completed.
• CAQ in Pediatric Radiology or eligible.
• Massachusetts medical license eligible.

Responsibilities

Job description

PEDIATRIC RADIOLOGIST

Boston Children’s Hospital

The Boston Children’s Hospital Department of Radiology is seeking a full-time pediatric radiologist to join our large multi-specialty academic practice. The department is active in all aspects of pediatric imaging including the provision of exceptional clinical, imaging research, and educational services. The successful candidate will be expected to provide in person clinical coverage in general pediatric radiology services with an option for remote work. Additional subspecialty expertise is desirable.

Candidates must be certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology or its equivalent, have completed a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology, have, or be eligible for, the CAQ in Pediatric Radiology, and be eligible for a full Massachusetts medical license. Each radiologist is entitled to full salary and benefits and is eligible for academic appointment and promotion at Harvard Medical School. The successful applicant should be able to qualify for the assistant or associate professor level. There is a minimum teaching requirement of 50 hours annually with HMS students, trainees, and/or faculty.
