Job summary

Children's Mercy in Springfield, MO seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform pediatric radiographic procedures under a radiologist, using fluoroscopy, C-arm, portable exams and bone density imaging. You will support RIS/HIS tasks and LEAN initiatives, contribute to patient safety and quality, and collaborate with a compassionate team that honors our CMH Shared Values.

This on-site role requires AS degree, ARRT registration, BLS, and current CEUs; starting pay around $29.66 per hour, with

Qualifications

Associate's Degree graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or registry eligible ARRT
Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT
Licensed Radiologic Technologist KS
Professional registration (ARRT or equivalent) Required
BLS certification Required
Current CEUs per ARRT requirements Required

Responsibilities

Performs radiographic procedures per department protocol. Able to utilize and be completely competent with fluoroscopy, C-arm, portable exams, bone density and all diagnostic equipment.
Performs essential RIS/HIS functions. Performs and maintains LEAN practices as it relates to Patient Safety and Quality.
Assists radiologist in all appropriate procedures.
