Job summary

Dayton Children's South Campus is seeking a staff radiologic technologist to produce quality diagnostic images across ages using all available imaging equipment, including EKG and patient registration.

You will work with the Advance Medical Imaging department with 5x8 shifts on 2nd shift rotating weekends, and maintain CPR, Ohio licensure, ARRT registration and ongoing department education to ensure top patient care.

Qualifications

• Radiologic technologist license in Ohio and ARRT registration.
• CPR certification and ongoing education are required.
• Education includes a relevant radiologic technology degree and state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality diagnostic images on patients of all ages using all available diagnostic equipment including EKG and patient registration.
• Provide services meeting department needs and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients and their parents regarding procedures performed within the center.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in hospital-wide mandatory education and EKG QA/QC.
