Aufgaben

• Plan, perform and analyze basic cell and molecular experiments using human cells for culture, protein and RNA isolation, and analyses; perform mouse experiments when required and develop own research niche for funding.
• Record all aspects of experiments: protocols, reagents, methods, results, analysis; draft talks and manuscripts as first author.
• Teach lab students basic techniques to assist with projects.
