Amazing Care, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide pediatric home health services in the Lower Valley coverage area. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children, work closely with families, and document progress in the EMR.

You will collaborate with clinicians, caregivers, and the operations team to ensure timely, personalized support. This role offers a flexible schedule, with part-time and full-time options, a $1,000 sign-on

Competenze

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses.

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Support the assessment of patients' abilities and limitations through standardized and non-standardized tests.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and daily living strategies.
