MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one therapy in clients' homes, daycares, and schools. You'll implement plans of care under a licensed PT and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer flexible scheduling—Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN—with gradual caseload ramp-up, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including PTO, holidays, and insurance. Pediatric experience preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current Texas PTA license, or eligible by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist per care plans.
• Implement treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on exercises, positioning, and home programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the team to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
