Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy for patients from birth to 21 years old.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, ABA) and mentor junior clinicians.
