Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services to medically complex and medically fragile children.
  • Perform evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and developmental skills.
  • Support positioning, transfers, mobility training, gait training, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team for coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Educate and support families in promoting long-term developmental progress and functional outcomes.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently.

This collaborative setting allows therapists to focus on helping children improve functional mobility, strength, positioning, developmental progression, and participation in daily activities within a medically supportive environment.

Your Role
