Lancesoft in Sioux City, IA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its outpatient clinic with a strong focus on Pediatrics. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Physical Therapy experience; pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and the role offers an opportunity to develop pediatric clinical expertise within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in working with pediatric patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative outpatient environment.
• Commitment to continued professional development and learning.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric and adult patients as applicable.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on each patient's developmental, functional, and medical needs.
• Treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Incorporate play, movement, and age-appropriate activities into therapy sessions.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans focused on functional improvement and meaningful goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families through compassionate, individualized care.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of pediatric services within the outpatient practice.
